Welcome to FiberManager. By using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the FiberManager service, provided by NetSentry, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations in the Republic of South Africa.

2. Description of Service

FiberManager is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform providing fiber network mapping, OTDR localization, and asset management tools. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at our discretion to improve the overall service.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Access to FiberManager is provided on a subscription basis. By selecting a plan (Lite, Professional, or Enterprise), you agree to pay the fees in South African Rand (ZAR) as specified on our pricing page.

• Billing: Payments are processed via Invoice Ninja.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the remaining period of the current billing cycle.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.
• Upload data that violates any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to bypass any security measures or gain unauthorized access to other tenants' data.

5. Intellectual Property

NetSentry retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the FiberManager platform, including its algorithms, design, and trademarks. You retain ownership of the data you upload to the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NetSentry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes via email or through the platform interface.
